    I have a home that I recently listed for sale, and I needed a competent concrete contractor to attach my main driveway to my detached 3 car garage/workshop. There was a portion of the original driveway that required demolition & removal of the debris. The job required some skilled detail which incorporated multiple grade & slope pitch angles of the finished slab that would prevent water run-off toward our home, slope that would provide easy vehicle access (clearance) and also enough pitch to not allow water entry to our homes attached garage. So, yeah it wasn't a job for inexperienced concrete workers. Triston came for the free estimate, and I was impressed immediately with his knowledge and obvious experience with the complicated pour. I got 4 estimates for the job and clearly felt I had selected the right Concrete company to take on my project. Attention to detail is what impressed me. The concrete guys (Tristain's own family members, mostly) really know what they are doing, and I just can't express how happy I am with their work and all the effort for perfection that they put in to do the just Right!     I wanted a small patio, so I had Tristan come out to give me an estimate. He told me I could get twice the amount of concrete that I wanted for the same price all I had to do was pay the labor. What a great deal I ended up with a patio twice as big as I thought I could afford , thank you Tristan and thank you to all your guys. See more See less

    We have used KCS Concrete for 2 major jobs at my house and my son’s. The jobs included among other things, installing a French drain system, regrading the entire property, resodding, removing old patio and rebuilding a new much larger patio, adding landscape rock on both houses. The pictures are posted. Triston and his team did a fabulous job on both houses, prices were very reasonable and work was completed according to specifications.     Triston was the winning bid for our project, not because he was the cheapest option, but because the guy knows his stuff. He was fairly priced for the job, and provided consistency and communication throughout the entire process, even through unexpected delays out of his control.     I had Tristan come out and give me an estimate on a small patio for my backyard, during our conversation he said he could double the size of what I wanted and concrete for free if I was to pay the labor to have it installed, which was great I ended up with double the patio space I thought I could afford.     Tristan and the crew @ KCS Concrete did a fantastic job on the complex concrete slab at my home. Tristan, removed the cracked-up section of my existing driveway, and connected my existing driveway to my detached 3 car garage/workshop. This was a complicated pour which involved multiple pitch angles to prevent water run-off from my home, my detached garage, and my homes attached garage. Every step from the initial layout of the slab/driveway, demo of the existing cracked driveway portion, base grading, and the actual pouring of the concrete was done with precision and attention to detail. The job had to be done right, and KCS Concrete did an Outstanding job, I just couldn't be happier. See more See less

    My driveway they installed is just awesome, better than I imagined. Experienced and knowledgeable crew, they work very well together. When they tell you they will be at the job-site at 7 am, you can take that to the bank. Triston patiently explained every phase of the job, even cleaned up the adjacent weeded area as a complimentary service. I'm very very happy with their service and workmanship.     We use KCS concrete to expand our patio. They took out the old broken concrete, framed out a new concrete patio area more than doubled the size, and surrounded the entire patio with decorative rock. It looks fantastic. We first used the KCS to install a French drain system at my sons house to correct drainage and irrigation issues as a result of construction oversights, pull up the entire yard and install new sod and decorative rock. It looks fabulous and he has had no drainage issues at all. Pricing very reasonable. Highly recommend KCS construction ! See more See less

    I had to make several calls to find someone to tear out and replace hazardous concrete steps. Only two said they install steps - KCS Concrete by far offered the best plan and sketch for the job. Everything had to be done to Triston's satisfaction. I appreciated the opportunity to see son and father work well together and the training opportunity they offered to newer employees. Excellent job, work site cleaned each day throughout the project. The work was well appraised by an engineering consult/friend and we received many praises from family and friends that experienced the before and after.     Mr. Keene is a kind man, who worked hard to make my drive way, “that was barely accessible for compact cars,” nice and smooth! Our household has 3 small cars that drove with extreme caution ⚠️ getting in and out of our property before he showed up to help. Now we are safe to just drive up our driveway, this is nice!
